Our Cold-Box machines produce cores in a wide variety of sizes and shapes, ranging from 5 to 200 liters. The process is supported by a PLC-controlled automated core-sand plant, as well as an Elpo continuous core dryer and cooler, ensuring dimensional accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability. By manufacturing cores in-house, we shorten takt times, reduce logistics, and maintain tighter quality control. This greenfield setup also ensures energy-efficient production and lower emissions while meeting the growing complexity of modern castings.
