Quality begins with measurement. Our fully equipped laboratory provides real-time monitoring and certification with:

• Optical vacuum-emission spectrometers (18 channels) for precise chemical analysis
• Tensile strength, hardness, and impact testing machines to verify mechanical properties
• Microscopes and modern sample preparation equipment for microstructural validation
• Sand control systems to ensure process stability

These laboratories allow us to maintain full traceability, validate every batch, and meet the stringent requirements of European OEMs. Built into our greenfield operations, the labs also play a key role in reducing waste and supporting lean manufacturing principles.
